Financial: The camp fee of $295 includes meals, lodging and camp activities.* A non-refundable application deposit of $50 is due at the time of application. The balance of $245 is due by May 29, 2009. A $25 late fee will apply to any application postmarked after May 22, 2009. Transportation: Airport pick-up/drop-off is available from/to Washington Dulles and Reagan National Airports. This service is provided for campers arriving by 2:30 PM on the Sunday prior to camp, and flying out after 1:00 PM on the Sunday after camp. A fee of $25 each direction per camper is charged for this service. If this service is needed, details must be worked out ahead of time with the camp office.
Flight Information: The cheapest airline tickets can usually be purchased during late winter or early spring. Airline sales often being on Wednesdays, so try to book your tickets later in the week. Check out the following websites for good deals:

Telephone Calls: The camp program is extremely full, and phones are very limited. Campers may not use the phones except for emergencies. Parents wishing to contact the children should write, e-mail or fax.
